Re: Question about removing a text from an image and replacing it with another text..

Make a new layer of your image, use the colour picker tool to pick the blackboard colour out, then use the pen tool to mark out the black board outline. Then paint in or fill the 'marching ants' with the blackboard colour. You can now place in your new text at will.
You did say blackboard so i used that as my example.
