is theKeeper really an android?? he has to be... look at his knowledge with everything... if someone askes a question he "somehow" knows the answers before ANYONE even looks... he scans this forum with is artificial brain, then sends electrical currents through his mainframe system to the computer by attatching his left index finger to a USB port, THUS!!! answer'n any and all questions...

ANYWAY!!!!!!! back to my question...

is there a way to get a "steam/cold" effect coming from a persons mouth?? would it be simply, ADD LAYER, use airbrush with a white or grey color over the "person/items" mouth, then adjust mode/opacity??

answer me :-D keep up...

[confused] I'm not 100% sure about your first question CimmiC, so I'll let a more knowledgeable guru answer that one! [:I

As for your second one, you've basically figured out the answer for yourself! ;) I also suggest that you experiment with the different layer blend modes (depending on your background) and some 'gaussian blur' and you'll easily achieve the effect that you're after! :)

We call him: "your Transparancy".

as for the cold air stream: as you said yourself. Best is to really *see* without *knowing what you see* to observe what and why, either in real or from a photograph. We know too much, and we observe not enough.

i figured that was the best way... and then test the modes out (ie: Hue, Sat, etc...) am i right??? keep up...
