Ok, let's make the first wallpaper. This will not match the example you provided exactly and will only give you an insight as to how it may have been made. You can of course make any changes to patterns or colors you wish!
Open Photoshop and create a new document 1400 X 800 at 125ppi.
Press D on your keyboard. Notice that your Foreground and Background color Icon should be Black and White.
Press and hold the alt/option key and hit the delete key, this will fill this layer with Foreground color black.
(note: Press and hold the control/command key and hit the delete key, this will fill this layer with background color white.)
Name this layer Background.
Create a new layer above the Background layer. Name this layer "Lower".
Select your Rectangular Marquee Tool and and create a rectangular selection on the lower half of the document.
Click once on the Foreground and Background color Icon.

This will open the Color Picker. Enter the code #263940 in the window indicated by the red arrow. This sets this color as your Foreground Color.

Press and hold the alt/option key and hit the delete key, this will fill the selection with the new Foreground color.

Create a new layer above the "Lower" layer. Name this layer "Upper".
Select your Rectangular Marquee Tool and and create a rectangular selection on the upper half of the document. Leave a thin line of black (from the background) between the "Upper" and "Lower" layers.
Again you want to click once on the Foreground and Background color Icon.
In the Color Picker. Enter the code #3e3727. This sets this color as your Foreground Color.
Press and hold the alt/option key and hit the delete key, this will fill the selection with the new Foreground color.

Lets go back to the "Lower" layer and highlight it by clicking once within the body of the layer in the layers panel. Now double click the layer, this will open the Layer Styles panel.
Check the Pattern Overlay style (red arrow). Click inside the Pattern area (blue arrow).

Select any pattern you like, then click the Pattern area again. (I chose a dot pattern, you may not have this pattern).
Lower the Scale (slider) down and decrease the opacity to about 40. Click OK when done.

Now do the same for the "Upper" layer. Highlight it by clicking once within the body of the layer in the layers panel. Now double click the layer, this will open the Layer Styles panel. Check the Pattern Overlay. Click inside the Pattern area. Select any pattern you like, then click the Pattern area again. Lower the Scale (slider) down and decrease the opacity to about 40.
Check the Bevel and Emboss style. Match the settings of the following photo.

Click OK when done.
Create a new layer above the "Upper" layer and name "Highlight". Select your Elliptical Marquee Tool and create an oval in the center of the document.

Hit Shift + control/command + I to invert the selection.

Press D on your Keyboard. Press and hold the alt/option key and hit the delete key, this will fill this selection with Foreground color black. Press control/command + D to deselect.

Go to FILTER > BLUR > GAUSSIAN BLUR, set the radius to 82.5, hit OK. Lower the opacity to 40%.
