Specific Remove a dog from an image

I have tried allsorts to remove this black dog from this image. I can cope with separated items but cannot seem to manage this, could anyone edit for me please, I have two more to do as well.

Very challenging. Once the black dog is gone, your arm becomes very awkward and unnatural, so I'm repositioning the arm, as well.

Can you tell me what the lettering says on your shirt? I need to fill that in behind the dog.

I think I'm done, so I decided to post this anyway. If you tell me what the lettering is supposed to be, it's not that hard to change it.

Glad you like it. I just noticed some stray white marks on her leg (near the new arm). Use this one.
