Specific Remove car + add sky

Hey,

Could someone remove the car in the background of this photo please? It's pretty small but underneath my elbow. Also, I would love slightly more sky in the photo as well. Feel free to sharpen the photo as well/make any touch ups.

Removed car and added more sky, ii tried to add more left side of the photo but if you dont need just cut it out ^^.
