Show me how to Remove fence from image!

I would like to be shown how to remove this fence. Perhaps a link to a tutorial or a step by step tutorial from one of you members. I don't want this done for me!

I don't have access to eraser tool. It would be best if I could use content aware fill.

I selected the fencing (refined in Quick Mask Mode) to an alpha channel, used Generative Fill on this selection then the Spot Healing Brush and Stamp Tool to completely remove the fencing and replace the ball. Further curves adjustments for contrast, saturation, sharpening, etc.

I had actually worked on this the other day before it was suddenly pulled down. One tip about any repair using any type of image recovery such as AI or content aware, you need an image with a good resolution. This gives AI more information to pull from in order to make a repair.

That being said, I used the suggestions made in this video - basically selecting the fence lines by "painting" them on, creating a selection and using content aware fill. Some additional repairs were used with the spot healing brush.
