Specific Remove hand

Can you please remove my friends hand that’s holding the cup of wine in front of me?

Not the best I have done but very small image at 156kb. I removed the table top at the bottom, replaced the jacket and removed the hand. Cropped as well. I hope it's OK.

I don't know why in the original her body has a weird displacement on the back but I used Iamsam amazing work and fix it.
