Specific Remove name

Hello everyone,
I need some help to remove the name on this portrait.
I am a portraitpainter and I can not publish this portrait with the name on it. So if anyone can help me to remove the name that would be great!
Hereby the picture, please note that it cannot be published publically with the name on it.

Name, small black triangle in the bottom left hand corner and white line running along the bottom all removed. Slight colour adjustment.
