Remove selected area and nothing more (without smoothing)

Hi, I don't really know how to express this problem. When I want to remove selected area and press 'Delete' I get this: -> first attachment
and I want something like this: -> second attachment
The second one was made by drawing a shape.
It happens even when I cut selected area.

You have your feather setting up to high, put it down on 1 pixel.
