Specific Remove selfie hand from sunglasses :)

Hi, this is the only decent photo my husband and I (plus our all important first child-dog) have been able to take of all of us to reveal our pregnancy to friends and family, but the fact that it’s clearly a selfie with the hand reflection in sunglasses seems distracting from the point of the photo. I tried to fix it myself but I’m not sure it’s “glare” exactly. Can anyone please fix this? TIA
