I need this picture to use in a presentation.

This took a lot of hiking to get to, and I'm not going to be able to get back to this shurb before the presentation. Can someone please crop out the dead stick in this picture? Possibly perform a noise reduction too. I did not notice the branch in the way when I was taking the photo.
