Specific Removing a person from a picture

Hello I was wondering if someone would be able to edit a picture. I own a business with my wife and we had a picture taken a while back and included in the picture is her mother's abusive ex boyfriend in the green shirt and I would love to have him removed from the photo so I can frame it for my wife and it won't upset her or her mother.

Hi @HollywoodCasadaga
I used a better-starting image and then proceeded.
The first image is the full size version (you can crop as you desire)
I did an 8x10 crop for the second image
