Guys, I need to replace the magazine's cover with some other image. However, the Warp tool via Free Transform isn't cutting it. There's way too many curves for Warp.

What would be the best way to do this? I just need another image perfectly placed on the cover. I'd deal with the lighting later.

Thanks.

Welcome cafo.

First... we need to know what image will replace the cover......

Usually, the Warp or other transform tools will work. Looking at the angle of the magazine, you may need to apply a Perspective warp. It may come before you use the Warp or after. As for using the Warp tool, it may depend which anchor point to move or dividing the image into sections and applying the warp to each section to match the curvature of the magazine page.

Forget about warp, dude, it won't work. It simply doesn't have enough squares or "lines" in it. It is limited. The image with which I'll replace the cover is this one i.imgur.com/BggIh6g.jpg

I was wondering if there could be a plugin for this?

I got it working with Puppet Warp.

You guys can close the thread if you want.

What do you mean? I solved my problem. I just posted it there so people wouldn't waste their time helping someone who already solved his problem.
