Request - Simple Animation

Hello there,

I am looking for a simple animation and it would be realy nice of someone of you guys would help me.

It should basicly look something like this:

ak8.picdn.net/shutterstock/ videos/197710/preview/bottom-laser-numbers-digital-animation.mp4

but should only contain 4 Digits, starts at 2012 and should stop after about 10 Seconds at 2025. And i would need one starts at 2025 that stops at 2012. I would love if someone could make those two animations for me. Thanks ahead!

Also, please be advised that this is a Photoshop discussion and help forum not a free image manipulation or animation site.

Someone may want to assist you with this, but it is a matter of interest and time, at least.
