Request - templates for this/how are they done?

I'm in serious need of the banner type (or similar) shown below which contains the text 'CLUB NAME' & 'CLUB LOCATION'. I'll be very grateful for all replies!

Looks like everything is going over my head tonight but your request seems to be what you have already posted. Do you mean you want this picture in the form of a psd so that you can edit the text whenever you want.

Thanks for your reply. I'm talking about the scrolls in general, I need scrolls like that for use in other projects.

Thanks again for your reply. I have those downloaded but they aren't really what I'm looking for. I'd love a .psd of a fresh shape that looks accurate to the one in the image.
