[Request] Wallpaper request (Sort of simple)

Hi guys, i had this really nice guy make me a wallpaper a few years back, however never kept in touch, the problem is the res it was made in has long gone. I love everything about the back ground and was hoping someone can update it for without losing quality. I have issues with my eyes and overly bright colours so like to keep it fairly dark but not to dark. Here is the original image and size:




I was hoping for exactly the same thing but in two sizes, 1680x1050 and the other in 1920x1200 pixels. The team is Manchester City, and i guess a logo might help:
