Requesting help with tweaks to beer cap logo

I brew my own beer and like to use a custom cap on all my batches. The logo I creted in photoshop is very crude and could use a little expert tweaking. I was going for kind of a military theme and wanted to make the red arms and rectangle look like a stamp...also I wish I had a better looking image of an arm that was more modern but I couldn't find any and am not good at freehand. The only think I really need is to keep it clean since the finished product goes on a very small beer bottle cap. Also I just alter the top text to reference whatever beer it is and date. The stars on the left refer to the stength of the beer 1, 2, or 3 stars. Any help in making this look better is much appreciated and heck, if it's good enough i'll send you some samples:)

I think one arm is plenty, after all it's Strong arm brewing not strong arms brewing

I would agree but it's from my family crest and if possible I would like to keep it authentic but if someones willing to alter for me im open to any options.

I guess I should have specified...im looking for someone to take my design and alter it for me. I think I have reached my limitations with this one. Here is an image of the stamp idea I was going afterPS-StampTut-01.png

The fading arm is a good comprimise, thank you. I think the rectangle needs some work, really going more for a stamp military type theme.

yeah you need it to be thicker then and have some kind of grunge brush effects over it lots of tutorials on making stamps.

I tried to follow the tuturiol I got that image from and got stuck on the last few steps. I'll see if I can post it in the troubleshooting board.
