Okay, I have tried all I can. I am lost. 
I have old PS Elements 4 and have never been good with this, but I was trying until I now get a message that Elements closed unexpectedly and can no longer use it (great, I blew it up).
Honestly I am hoping one of you PS Gods (lol) would be willing to do this for me out of the kindness of your heart?
Trying to print an image that is tiff format @ 2550x3300size as 4x5.5 postcard. Could anyone help me?
