Rotating Banner ads

Can I use Photoshop to create banner ads that rotate or display different pictures? If so, how?

Ok, I think I had the wrong idea. I want to make a file like the one below:

That's an animated Gif Santiago and you need ImageReady for that.
Explaining to you how to use imageready would take me way too much time, but I did create a small example (attached) that you can open in ImageReady for you to study.
