Specific Sharpen the dull areas of an autograph

First time poster here. I am looking for someone to please help me sharpen the dull areas of this signature:



In this image I have circled the dull areas:



I would like the entire signature to look the same with no missing or faded/dull spots if that makes sense. Thank you very much in advance for any help!
