Show pixels when resizing images?

Hi, I am a beginner to photoshop and i am wondering where is the button to show pixels when resizing images? Microsoft paint has it on default but photoshop cs4 doesn't
 
On your image when you click and drag a corner the pixel dimensions numbers appear at the top of the screen in four boxes.
