it seems to be ok
example https://www.dropbox.com/s/yx0qifufocjumbj/frame for jampers.psd?dl=0

to change the smart object double click on the icon "artwork here"
paste an image
and close 'rectanle2.psb'
popup asks to save changes and click 'yes'
