It's normal. Every single vector in PS is rasterized for preview purposes, so it's normal that you see it blurred when enlarging the vector. You will also see the pixelation when zooming in too far. PS doens't preview vectors like Illustrator, it works with vectors and they will be printed properly, but for preview purposes, PS renders the vectors.
