Welcome aboard Foxshorty!

Your "starburst" looks great, thus far! All you have to do now is give it some colour. Read through the last two steps of the tutorial, very carefully. It's all there!

Just make sure that when you CTRL + click on the starburst layer (to select the transparent area) that you leave the selection 'active' while you add a new layer above it and fill the selection with white. This diagram might help you!
