can anyone tell my why the displacement filter is not working correctly as it is displacing the image in figure 1 as so when it should be displacing the image as shown in figure 2.

original:
[ATTACH]42348[/ATTACH]

figure 1:
[ATTACH]42349[/ATTACH]

figure 2:
[ATTACH]42350[/ATTACH]

how can i fix this problem?
