I have many folders of screen dumps, on different subjects, that I use to combine to make some images but am striking a strange behaviour on my iMac M1 that is did not get on my old 27" iMac 2012 under high Sierra.
I will open one group of images, and they will stack in a diagonal pattern, and per left image, and yet open some others and they will stack in a horizontal line, as per right.
it is no great problem, but very inconsistent...and there seem to be no rhyme or reason for it that I can figure out.
it is no great deal, but things that happen inconsistently are a worry to me.
anyone else struck this.?. and do they know what is causing it.
