Specific Sunglass Reflection

Hi PS Guys, I'm trying to get the images in the sunglasses enhanced.
Photographer is taking a selfie and I'm wanting to know what is in the reflection.

Is this possible ?

Is it possible to take the image from one lens and blend it with the other to make a full picture so I can see full table in one go?

To join to two images is certainly possible, though you would lose details again.
