Tattoo design using photoshop

Hey lads,I've been planning to make a tatto on my whole back,but I want to make it on photoshop first before showing it to the tattoist.I want a big tombstone with 2 names on it,since I have never used photoshop before,I would love to hear some advices and tips and even if someone not so lazy can make it instead of me :D
I found only 1 video tutorial about tombstone on youtube,but I would like to see more if u can suggest to me :) thanks for reading,

Is it something that you want to draw in Photoshop, or do you want to just mock it up? (cutting out the various elements and put them together)
 
I would want the tattooist to come up with it...as they will know what will work and what will look bad over time...A full back piece is for life..you want art not poop !

I'd have to agree with Mike. Since you said you didn't care if one of us created it for you (meaning it's not important that you do it yourself), I'd recommend booking an appointment with your artist of choice and let them give you a few design ideas.
 
The artist will have to draw over the lines himself anyway, and make the details and coloring etc suitable for tatooing.
Best would be to just give him a quick hand drawn scetch to make the impression of what you want,
then the artists can draw a suitable tatooable piece for you.
 
Well,I want to make it myself,but I can't,I am not good at painting nor do I have creativity ,I just want many ideas so I can choose which one I like and which I don't.I will talk with the artist like you said,thanks for the tip.
