Terminator Vision Effect

Hi,

I am trying to process a photo with a terminator vision effect with the red look with the scanning, I have my image and am comfortable with doing the text and graphic size but am not sure how best to achive the re reddish infrared effect.

Any help on this will be much appreciated.

Ah got it so simple when you know how, got what I needed for by converting the image to black & white, using Adjust hues/saturation with colorize ticked.
