Specific The gum and the tummy

Hello,

Is it possible to photoshop the gum out of my mouth and maybe delete the rolls on my stomach and make it a bit flatter?

Made a fast try, maybe later I will try not to remove all the pledges and try to play more with shadows and light to remove volume, harder but maybe if I get it right, more natural.
