Specific Transparent Background

not sure what happened to the 1st post. I've had an accident and am currently in a wheelchair. So I decided to pick up Photoshop again, but the last version I had was PS6 and a lot changed. Thus far I only found a tool that does it a click at a time. The image is also quite blurry would like to improve that as well.
