Transparent text on button?

Hi, I have a white button where I want the text of the button to be transparent, so when I change a background color, it can be seen through the text aswell?

right click the text tool icon and select horizontal mask tool then wherever you type it will make the underlying layer come through, so in your case if you have a transparant layer > white layer and then save it as a png once you have typed the text you should be fine.

Ok, I have a shape created with the rounded rectangle, now I create a new transparent layer and used the H Mask tool, and wrote my text, what then?
