Your going to have to go to Adobe and ask about this issue. I have told you all I know. I am not a tech, you need one that has the knowledge to help you further. I do see your point about it working in CS6, but I don't necessarily agree. ASK ADOBE! It's free! and where CC is involved, they will bend over backwards to help you. I don't know what part of the world your in, but obviously you can get on the internet, send them an e-mail if nothing else. Again, I recommend you buy some more RAM when you can. Good luck!
