Just what the title says, I want to make 3 holes, through this object to stand in style with the rest of the object.

So, I'm very new to this whole 3D thing in Photoshop and I am not going to do a lot of this so I really don't want to start learning a whole new program to do this

Anyone wanna point me in the correct direction? :*
