Not real sure I'm understanding your question. The shapes are more commonly known as clip art or vector clip art.

They can be downloaded from any clipart website such as: http://www.istockphoto.com/illustrations/clip-art?excludenudity=true&sort=mostpopular&mediatype=illustration&phrase=clip art

There are also Ps shapes that can be downloaded as well. Let me Google that for you: https://www.google.com/#q=Photoshop+shapes People shapes: https://www.google.com/#q=Photoshop+custom+people+shapes
