which resolution to use for a panel of 4x3 meters

they asked me to create a panel with vector graphics and images.
The panel is 4 meters wide and 3 meters high
What resolution do you recommend me to use?
The panel will be part of a stand for an exhibition, so it is also visible very closely.

That depends on the size of the file but I would not go higher then 120 ppi.
