CS6 mouse misaligned on adjustment sliders

I've suddenly got this problem in CS6, the mouse pointer needs to be several lines ABOVE the relevant adjustment slider to work! Sometimes. Everything is up to date.

The mouse works correctly in all other software and windows itself.



Win8 64 logitech mouse, standard MS mouse driver and settings
