I don't think so but it's so underexposed it's hard to tell.

agreed. also i believe there is an aqua or turquoise photo filter on it. probably some level adjustments for the shadows, but that could be just how the camera took the photo.

Pics were done by Vijat Mohindra http://blog.vijphoto.com and either he was going for that or he just sucks as a photographer. Seems like a heavy teal filter an maybe cooling adjustments.

I guess its the "photographer's" interpretation how ever I don't think the photo does the subject justice. Just my opinion.
