How to do I create this blazing eye effect ?

You COULD try making it with Clouds and then apply layer effects and opacity, or, the easier way is to grab a stock image of smoke/cloud from the internet.

- Get image of smoke/clouds
- Crop it a bit, suiting it to the eye
- Apply gradient/color overlay layer style to it.
- Turn it's opacity down.
- Duplicate the layer.
- Change it's size a bit.
- Lower opacity, and maybe change colors.
- Duplicate again, transform it a bit small.
- Lower opacity, change colors.

And, you should be done... you can try experimenting with outer glow too... But let me tell you, this isn't a job for a newb in photoshop...

There's a lot of ways.

Here's something you can try...

To create a cloud stream effect, on a new layer use the airbrush tool set at white at different sizes and pressure to create the clouds and wisps. Apply a blur effect .

Make a layer duplicate . On the duplicate, click the lock transparent pixel icon on the layers pallete. Shift+F5 to fill the selection with secondary color(blue). This will only will the image on the layer and not affect the whole layer.

Play with layer modes and opacity to get a desired effect.

You can use the above procedure to create the hilite on the eye.... asingle white dot, a star brush....

Add hilites to the edges of the eyelid.

This is just a basic guide. the rest is up to your preference and imagination. Hope this helps.
