The grass one is epic, mind sharing a little 'how to'?

Yeah sure, I typed out my text like i normally would i then put my grass texture underneath and using the Polygonal lasso tool i went around the text including some blades of grass (its hard the explain but that's the best I can do) I then duplicated my grass text filled it with black and then used motion blur on the layer to make the shadow. Pretty easy really just cutting out the grass was the tedious part.
