my first anime drawing

plz don't laugh Im 16 and until now I could only draw stick men with a help of a few tutorials I managed to get my first ( well actually second cuz the first was horrible) anime/manga drawing the problem I have is the hair I doubt any one could help me in these forums cuz with that as most of you guys (inluding me ) are Image editor and illustration but if any one is good at this stuff I am really looking for comments cuz I really like drawing anime and stuff but I was never good at art

You're on the right path! Just keep studying different anime hair styles and you will pick up the jist of it
