Need Expert with Adjusments

So here i have Photo_1 and i need Photo_2 to look the same, meaning imagine Photo_1 has an "instagram filter", i want Photo_2 to have the same "filter". i know thats probably not the correct terminology but oh well.

----For some reason i cant uplaod attachments or insert pictures so here are the .psd files in my google drive----

Mod Edit: These files were not valid psd files, they were jpg files with the wrong extension.
