Specific Photoshop Help for Party Invitation

This little man does NOT like smiling for photos. I love this one and would love to use it for his fire truck birthday party invites. Can anyone change out the green hat for a fire helmet?

Picking up where Argos left off. I've removed the strap from face and left in original background (birthday-boy1).
The second image (birthday-boy2) I have cut out and is on a transparent background, so you can put it onto another if you choose to.
