I thought I'd post a few posters I've done previously for work up for critique since no one at work does graphic design so I only ever get "this looks great" comments. Looking forward to getting feedback on how I can improve for future posters.

i dont like the black text on the first one it needs some stroke or something other than that they arent to bad

Your officemates are actually right. Those posters look great, considering the subjects that you worked on. They are eye-catching, readable and consistent with the use of fonts.
