You didn't do anything wrong Tony.
The OP posted his request first in the 'free photoshop request' section and then again in the 'Photoshop freelance work' section.
Your post was part of the first thread.
I had to remove that thread in the free Photoshop request section since you can't have a request for a free work and the same for a fee...
