Replace with similar image

Want to keep picture of house - but replace lawn with image of another nicer looking lawn(bottom pic).
Any ideas?

I don't really see what's wrong with the lawn that house has, but at any rate, I'm sure you could create a new layer and paint a much lighter, more vibrant green over the lawn that is currently there and then change the layer setting to 'color'. I tried it really fast just to see how it would work, and I feel it worked well enough, unless you're extremely picky.

Do you mean just the color or an actual grass texture or picture to make it look realistic?
