Mar de lagrimas - sea of tears

Now, this is interesting, so different from the other two you posted today, more Magritte surreal. But yours (not saying any imitation). The floating platform looks like the shoulders of the outfit she is wearing.

I also like the mist on the lake as it forms around her.

IMHO:
The only thing that bothers me is the tear on the woman's face. It is not convincing. It looks forced. Especially since her countenance is so serene, which does not imply a lack of turmoil, but a lack at the moment of its overt expression. The waterfall conveys the sense of emotional disturbance. It ties her to the sea (water represents emotion), linking her tears to the sea by its acceptance of the saltwater flowing into it (especially as that flow is diverted slightly by landing on the platform/shoulders first -- our shoulders show our level of courage). So it is more subtle, more suggestive. So in my opinion, the tears are superfluous.

Certainly don't take this to mean I don't like your artwork. I think it is sensual and intellectually stimulating.

Just for this review so magnificent, I will remove the tears for you, a new version.
