cant find constituency on version cs5

i want to use quick selection tool and use constituency with it but cant find it! can someone help me

i saw it on a tutorial on how to change a cloudy sky into a sunny sky i wish i can post a link about it much easier sorry i cant explain it any other way

If you want to change the sky from cloudy to sunny, (depending on the image) most likely the quick selection tool isn't going to help very much

I've heard of constituency in PS. If I remember correctly - a group of objects that creates an object or scene. (at least that's what I think it means.... lol...

It does have something to do with masks.... if you create a selection/shape, this is the constituency. To retain it for future use, create a mask thus you preserve the constituency.....

Am I making sense to myself?.... lol...
