I having some trouble learning how to get my gradient right. I'm trying to get a more gradual gradient over a short distance as seen in Gradient A (TYPE)

My gradient keeps looking like Gradient B (GGAP)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have settle with this type of gradient for far to many projects and can't seem to get it right.

thnx

Wow!!! I just realized once posted to the web my gradient does not look so much different???? I guess I don't have the whole PSD to WEB thing down yet...lol

This may sound stupid but If i am slightly off with my gradients and I just cant get it right I use gaussan blur on them.

Looks I'm much closer now, thank you for the help! It seems I need to brush up on my stops

One other quick question though. Why do the gradients change so much from what I see in PSD on my LED monitor to when I save as a JPEG and post to the web. I had to keep using the Manage attachments to see what the finished product looked liked on the web before moving forward.
Maybe a topic for another thread.....
