Problem drawing with the outline using wacom tablet

Hi, I'm new in this forum, i hope you can give me some tricks to use correctly photoshop.
Since some years ago i was using my Graphire4 just for fun and to try things. But when i want to make something seriously i cant, 'cause i cant solve problems like this:

If i do the same in another program like Paint Tool Sai the outline is perfect, but i want to do it in photoshop, its possible?

Dug around for some time and found this

Switched the Tablet to "Recognition Mode" and the tablet is much more accurate and no more choppyness.

Anyone else with this problem should give it a try

I use a graphire4 and have never had this issue. Good suggestion Chris but the drivers/software used for the intuos is different than the graphire so you doesn't have that option.

I would suggest that you try updating your drivers if you haven't done so already.

It was already updated.. RTContent what version of photoshop are u using? OS? Did you tried to draw circles fast?
I've Graphire4, W7 x64, Photoshop CS6 64bits.. I've tried to install last drivers(cons532-1) but is not working fine with graphire4.. when i tried to open the software it said 'no tablet recognised' and pressure is not working with that drivers.

I currently have CS6 running on a Windows 8 machine. Although I have had this tablet for about 5-6 years now and have never had an issue, previous setups were CS3 on XP and CS5 on 7.

Did you try the drivers I posted a link for?

yeah guy i tried all could u draw an image like mine(long spirals)? cause if i draw short lines just occurs a 5-10% of times..

Perhaps you're holding the pen at too great of an angle, so it jumps every now and then?

Cant be my fault or my tablet.. 'cause only occurs on photoshop :/

Is it possible that your 64bit OS could be your souce of diffiulty? I too have a 64bit Wdws 7 OS and run into drivers and such all the time that specify either 32bit or 64 for the download. The Graphire is an old tablet and Wacom's drivers may not be compatible. Just a thought.
Edit: Latest driver for the Graphire 4 is Driver 5.3.0-3 for Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista & XP (32 & 64 bit versions) Give that a try.
